This is the best experience, no doubt that my wife and I got from a house renovation. For us, who has gone through few renovations previously, I sometimes lost of words to describe how good Christine and team is with their work. One thing I believe is Christine and team’s differentiator is the commitment to specific project. They only take limited amount of project at a time, which allows them to focus very well. For our project of about 3 months planning, she was on time. Technically, I could argue they are early in completion, because we did change and add lots of scope in between! She also visits our house now and then to check on the work quality, and offer any repairs or minor checks. Her commitment and ownership, is beyond my expectation from a house renovation team. Another point to note is her willingness to challenge her team’s capability. For example, we requested multiple design specific that she clearly mentioned, was limited on her side/vendor. But, she eventually manage to make it work with workarounds and negotiations with her vendor. I would think there are still room for her and team to expand the service capability, but her willingness to address our needs throughout this project earns her all the kudos. I really wish her success with her team and company, not just because of the experience she gave us, but also because there’s simply to many bad contractors out there in this country, hence Christine and Team would do good to many.
